I met Richard months before I decided to sell. So easy to talk to & really professional. He helped me with all the preparations to get my place ready to sell. Any requests or advice were answered promptly. The whole process went very smoothly. On the day of the Auction the place looked great & there was a big crowd. He even hired a beautiful coffee van which gave everyone free coffee. I was listening to the whole Auction in the kitchen, heard it all clearly. I was so surprised at the end I got 40k higher than my reserve price. Fantastic job! Thank you so much Richard! Couldn’t be happier!
