Not always, I often have properties available for sale off market or listings scheduled to be marketed later in the year. If you are looking for a particular property or would like a hand with your search please get in touch, I may have just the property you’re looking for not currently advertised.

Off Marketing Listings are simply a property that is available for sale that is not currently advertised on the traditional portals, such as realestate .com.au, Domain etc.

Sometimes a vendor does not wish to advertise their property yet and would prefer to test the market using my database of buyers, so it is recommended to get in touch with me if you’re looking for a new home.
